Java Slice Viewer

This applet viewer, the UTCT InspeCTor, is designed to let the user view slices through an object from the three orthogonal planes: horizontal, sagittal, and coronal. Using this application, you can also take measurements and zoom in on the data.

Slice Movies

Our slice movies are Quicktime animations that show the slices progressively along the three orthogonal planes: horizontal, sagittal, and coronal. Each movie has been reduced in size and compressed with jpg compression in order to facilitate web delivery. To view larger data for this specimen, use the UTCT inspeCTor.

Surface Models

Our 3D surface models have been created using the original scan data for each specimen. The STL file is an isosurface that you can download and render in your favorite 3D application, or even print with a 3D printer! Our 3D view is a web application that allows real-time rendering over the web.
