About the Species

This specimen (UMMZ 235291) was collected 0.4 mi northeast of Cameron Mill Road crossing, Troup West Point Reservoir, Georgia by Auburn University College of Fisheries on 29 July 1975. It was made available to the University of Texas High-Resolution X-ray CT Facility for scanning by Dr. Julian Humphries of The University of Texas at Austin. Funding for scanning and image processing was provided by a National Science Foundation Digital Libraries Initiative grant to Dr. Timothy Rowe of The University of Texas at Austin.

About this Specimen

This specimen was scanned by Matthew Colbert on 12 March 2003 along the coronal axis for a total of 1071 1024x1024 pixel slices. Each slice is 0.1237 mm thick, with an interslice spacing of 0.1237 mm and a field of reconstruction of 36.0 mm.
